Our year-end NO SHIP period continues through 1/5/2026. The FedEx system is under heavy strain from holiday volume and we continue to see delays across all service types, so please wait until after 1/5/2026 to ship any live animals or perishable goods. On Time and Live Arrival insurance will not be available until after the new year - even if you purchased insurance ahead of time, if you put your package into the system when insurance is not available, that insurance will not be valid!
Please note that FedEx and our offices will be closed on Thursday, 12/25/25 for Christmas Day and Thursday, 1/1/26 for New Year's Day.
